Norwich terrier puppies are considered be one of the most lovable dogs. They are also one of the smallest working dogs. They originally resided in the United Kingdom and they are well-trained in hunting rodents and vermin. Its body is short but strong and muscular body. And its legs are bony it has a muzzle that resembles a fox and its teeth are large and solid which is excellent for hunting. Norwich terrier puppies have double coat that can have the color tan, red, black and tan, wheaten and grizzle.

These small cute dogs are highly intelligent and courageous and are very loving. They sometimes are assertive but they are not aggressive, shy or troublesome. Norwich terrier puppies they may not react well when scolded but they are a great companion. They always want to be with their owner so they should not be kept outside or inside a kennel. They do not have problems getting along with other pets and the always bark when a stranger is nearby.

Though, Norwich terrier puppies can live from 12 to 16 years they have some health issues. They can be affected with the following:
- epilepsy;
- narrow tracheas;
- luxating patellas;
- hip dysplasia;
- mitral valve disease; and
- teeth are not aligned or incorrect bites.

That is why owners keep their Norwich terrier puppies very clean. In addition to the health problems, ticks are another problem. Since, they have a double coat ticks can hide very well making it difficult to remove.
